Who is Puls?
Puls is the part of Bizzpuls you talk to. It knows the channels you connect, proposes what to change or reply, and remembers how your business likes things done. You decide; it does the work.
Will it change my website on its own?
No. Every change is a proposal you review and approve first — a clear before-and-after. There are no automatic edits and no silent publishing, however a request is phrased.
Does it send e-mail on its own?
No. Puls reads along to spot what customers keep asking, and sends only a reply you have approved — from your own mailbox, never from ours. No auto-replies, no campaigns.
Do you need my website password?
No. You approve the connection on your own website's screen; Bizzpuls never sees, asks for, or stores your WordPress password, and the connection is encrypted.
What can Puls do — and what can't it?
It's excellent at content: writing and improving pages and posts, SEO, translations, and drafting replies to customers. Think of it as your site's editor and copywriter — not its graphic designer. It won't invent a bespoke visual redesign, and when something is outside what it can do well it tells you honestly and offers the part it can do.
