Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Bizzpuls. By using the product you agree to them. They are written plainly and kept short for the pilot.
1. Who provides Bizzpuls
Bizzpuls is provided by Innovatica Technologies FZ-LLC (“Innovatica”, “we”). “You” means the business or person using Bizzpuls. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
2. What Bizzpuls is
Bizzpuls is an assistant that connects to business channels you authorise — your WordPress website, your e-mail inbox, your Instagram Professional account — reads what customers say there, and drafts changes and replies for you. It proposes; you decide.
3. The pilot
Bizzpuls is currently offered as an invitation-only pilot. Access is granted at our discretion, may be limited, and the service may change or be interrupted while we develop it. We may add, change or remove features during the pilot.
4. Your account and your responsibilities
- You must be authorised to connect and act on the websites, mailboxes and accounts you connect — they must be yours, or you must have the owner’s permission.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in and connection access secure, and for the people you allow to use your account.
- You must use Bizzpuls lawfully and not to create or publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or abusive, or to violate the terms of a connected channel.
5. You approve every change
Bizzpuls does not change your website or send e-mail or post to your Instagram on its own. Every change and every message is a proposal until you approve it in the app. Because you review and approve each action, you are responsible for what you approve and for the content that goes live or is sent as a result. Applied changes are recorded and can be undone where the channel supports it.
6. AI-generated content
Bizzpuls drafts text using a large language model. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. It is provided for you to review and edit before you approve it, and it is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise). You decide whether a draft is fit to use.
7. Third-party channels and services
Bizzpuls works through third-party platforms — WordPress, your mail provider, Meta/Instagram, and the infrastructure providers named in the Privacy Policy. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and Bizzpuls depends on their APIs; if a provider changes or withdraws access, a feature may change or stop working.
8. Fees
Pilot access is provided on the terms we agree with you when you are invited. If and when paid plans apply, the applicable prices and billing terms will be presented to you before you are charged.
9. Service “as is” and liability
During the pilot, Bizzpuls is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you chose to approve. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Bizzpuls at any time by disconnecting your channels and deleting your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or the pilot ends. On termination we stop processing your data and delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. We will post the current version on this page and update the date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Innovatica Technologies FZ-LLC, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have where you live. Questions: info@innovatica.ai; privacy matters: privacy@bizzpuls.com.
